As a first time buyer of a home built in 1948, I could not recommend Shelton Home Inspections enough. From coordinating the inspection to the actual inspection itself, SHI was nothing short of professional and prompt.The SHI inspectors that I worked with were extremely knowledgeable and thorough when notating any and all details I would want to know before purchasing a home. Great inspection! Very thorough in all areas of the house, inside and outside. After the inspection, Mr. Shelton gave us an overview of the many issues he found during the inspection and then he provided us with a written report of all the details of the problems found including pictures. The report is very comprehensive but manageable and easy to review room by room. I would definitely use them again.
