Great inspection! Very thorough in all areas of the house, inside and outside. After the inspection, Mr. Shelton gave us an overview of the many issues he found during the inspection and then he provided us with a written report of all the details of the problems found including pictures. The report is very comprehensive but manageable and easy to review room by room. I would definitely use them again.

Recently purchased a house and had it inspected by them and can’t list the number of things that are wrong / missed by them. Freezer & ice maker on the fridge…broken. Hot water in one of the bathrooms…. Broken. Paid extra for a “pool” inspection and they didn’t even check the salt system to see if the buttons worked right…. broken & costs 3k to replace.Pest service thinks we got a rat/mouse under our house too. Was assured that they didn’t find any droppings after asking specifically about the space. Watch out bc their reports full of pictures don’t tell the whole story.
