Excellent experience. He found things that nobody else had noticed. Well relatively minor. It was important that they get fixed before closing. His inspection was extremely thorough. Afterwards he went through Roomba room to discuss his findings. He is professional, polite, and punctual.

Excellent company. They performed a new construction home inspection and sewer scope inspection for us; their reports were comprehensive and easy to read with great pictures. They also discovered issues that we would've have otherwise missed. I highly recommend using them; the average homeowner has way too much on their minds when moving to notice every issue that may exist.

The inspector was very, very thorough and explained the results in a way I could understand. I received the written report very quickly and it was helpful in negotiating a fair price for my new home. Thanks!

Sheldon is my go to inspection company. My buyers and sellers are very pleased with their quality of service and knowledge. Sellers love the pre inspection services. This gives the Sellers the knowledge of their systems so repairs may be made before the listing goes live. This makes the knowledge available to buyers before they enter into an offer to purchase. Having a 4 Point Insurance completed before an offer is presented makes the process very smooth. When buyers may review a satisfactory 4 Point Inspection they know they are able to obtain a new Homeowners Policy for closing. When the inspections are complete Shelton offers a computer program to share with all parties to explain and negotiate any needed repairs. Shelton makes the entire inspection very street lined for all the parties involved. I highly recommend their services from the 1st contact to sharing all reports.

Incredibly detailed and so thorough!!! The best inspector we could’ve had. Steve’s inspection made us confident in negotiating for things with the seller. He also came back to the house 2 more times (for an additional, smaller fee) after the initial inspection to make sure all repairs were fixed. Thank you so much!!!
