A thermal imaging camera is used to determine moisture intrusion, thermal loss from lack of insulation and equipment failures that even a trained eye cannot see. Often these issues are inside the wall behind the drywall, inside electrical panels, and/or in the far corners of a home where most inspectors cannot gain access.

Using infrared wavelengths, this camera can measure the thermal signature of an area as small as an electrical box to as large as a significant roof or plumbing leak. The camera will identify:
