As a first time buyer of a home built in 1948, I could not recommend Shelton Home Inspections enough. Great inspection! Very thorough in all areas of the house, inside and outside. After the inspection, Mr. Shelton gave us an overview of the many issues he found during the inspection and then he provided us with a written report of all the details of the problems found including pictures. The report is very comprehensive but manageable and easy to review room by room. I would definitely use them again.
